UC-H… ULTRA CLEAN NOZZLES FOR HOSE

UC-CSC...CLEAN SEAL CAPSULES Preserve assembly cleanliness and eliminate the need to stock a wide range of plastic caps and plugs with Clean Seal Capsules. To seal, simply use a heat gun and in seconds your assembly is protected from contaminants. To remove, use the pull-tab for a clean hose assembly without any particulates or sticky residue left behind.

These nozzles are compatible for use with hose, pipe, heavy walled tubing, and some coupling configurations. They are blue in colour for easy identification in the shop. Please note, for cleaning hose assemblies that already have end fittings attached, special nozzles are required for certain end fittings or sizes. Please contact us for recommendations.

Ultra Clean projectiles remove fine particles of loose contamination and can also be used for product purging. Their universal applica tion allows them to work in hose, tube, and pipe, while the unique cell structure of the foam also allows them to work on assemblies compared to other products in the market which require two differ ent types of projectile.

P-80®… HOSE ASSEMBLY LUBRICANTS

Add a little sauce to your hose assembly shop. Our hose assembly technicians call P-80 products "The Sauce" and use them to make fitting attachment much easier. THIX is a biodegradable, slow dry ing, and drip-free lubricant reducing friction by approximately 70%. GRIP-IT, on the other hand, while not biodegradable, dries much faster to help keep installed parts in place and allow for immediate testing. GRIP-IT reduces friction by approximately 40%. Try both styles and find which one goes best with your assembly tasks.
