These tapered black plastic strain relief guards are particularly popular and essential for hot water pressure wash assemblies due to the harshness of the application and are strongly recommended to help prevent premature hose failure.

SG… STEEL SPRING HOSE GUARD Steel spring guard is designed to provide a hose assembly with abrasion resistance and kink resistance. FIRE JACKET SLEEVE This industrial grade fire jacket is constructed from high bulk glass fiber making it an excellent choice for bundling hoses, tubes, and cables in a variety of hostile environments. FG Fire Jacket will withstand exposure to temperatures up to 260° continuously, up to 1090°C for 15-20 minutes, and up to 1650°C for 15-30 seconds. When exposed to flame, the silicone rubber transforms into a crust, creating a protective refractory layer.

NAS… NYLON ABRASION SLEEVE Extreme high pressure fluid leaks can cause injuries where a stream of fluid penetrates the skin. High pressure hydraulic hoses that operate in proximity to workers must be covered by a protective sleeve. The sleeve is installed over the entire assembly length and fixed over the crimp ferrule at both ends with ferrules or strap clamps.
