These 90 durometer Nitrile O-rings are suitable for high pressure hydraulic service. Softer 70 durometer seals are sometimes preferred for general industrial and automotive use and are available in some sizes. Each part number includes the AS568 size reference. Our product listing is limited to popular inch sized parts, since the AS568 specification lists about 350 sizes up to 26" in diameter. For additional sizes and materials, please contact us directly. G11… O-RINGS Note : Actual cross sections are larger than nominal size to allow for compression sealing. Cross sectional compression should be 10-30%. In addition, o-rings should be specified that are slightly smaller than the actual diameter of the rod or tube, so that they fit snugly. Ideally, they should be stretched 2% to 3% on installation.
