111-03… GREASE LINE – SAE 100R1AT

111-03 is a medium pressure, single wire braid hose which meets the requirements of SAE 100R1AT and EN 853-1SN. This rubber 3 ⁄ 16 ” hose is ideally suited for grease lines allowing for better flexibility at low temperatures and better life and coupling retention compared to other grease lines found in the market today. Tube : Seamless oil resistant nitrile rubber. Reinforcement : One high tensile steel wire braid. Cover : Oil, abrasion, and weather resistant black synthetic rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 100°C (212°F), petro leum base fluids intermittent up to 125°C (257°F).

111-03MM… GREASE WHIP HOSE ASSEMBLIES Grease whips provided a flexible connector between the grease gun and grease fitting to allow easier access to the tight and awkward spaces where grease nipples always seem to be located. Our grease whip hose assemblies are rubber to remain flexible at low temperatures and feature a wire braid for better service life and coupling retention. End fittings are solid brass and feature a 1 ⁄ 8 " male pipe (NPTF) thread complete with a ball seat to seal with either tapered pipe or NPSM swivel pipe female threads. Please note, longer lengths are available on request.
