Pulsar’s Thermoplastic Grease Line is suitable for both manual and automated grease and lubrication applications. This highly flexible, high pressure hose is commonly used as the main line in central lubrication systems. Its unique construction allows for working pres sures up to 4000 psi while the polyurethane cover provides excellent abrasion resistance to stand up to the most rigorous environments. 171 Thermoplastic Grease Line is designed to be used with our 3700 Series Reusable Lubrication Couplings for easy assembly in the field or on location without the need for any special tools or equipment. Tube : Nylon. Reinforcement : Braided polyester. Cover : Black polyurethane. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 80°C (176°F), fluids with corrosion protection additives up to 70°C (158°F).

This medium pressure polyurethane covered hydraulic hose offers excellent flexibility and resistance to a wide range of chemicals and petroleum base products. 172 Black Thermoplastic hose is commonly used in lubrication lines in both 1 ⁄ 8 " and 3 ⁄ 16 " I.D. sizes as the poly ester tube provides exceptional low temperature flexibility.
