HYDRAULIC CRIMPERS

Pulsar offers two horizontal hydraulic crimper options. Both the H135EL and the H135ES feature a 7.5 HP pump and 345 US Ton cylinder and are ideal for crimping six spiral hydraulic hose up to 2” in size and industrial hose up to 3” in size. The H135EL features an electromechanical control panel allowing the user to set crimping times as well as re-opening times after crimping. The vernier dial ensures precise setting of crimp diameters while a warning LED notifies the user of any anomalies in the system. The H135ES has the same capability as the H135EL with one notable difference. The H135ES features a 5.7” colour, touchscreen display with simple

and intuitive software to ensure excellent performance and high precision throughout the crimping process. Complete with a USB port, this crimper enables data transfer through a standard USB flash drive from one crimper to another without any need to reset the new crimping machine. All new H135ES crimpers come complete with Pulsar crimp specifications loaded via this USB flash drive. Both these crimpers are manufactured in Italy and come as com plete kits which include fifteen sets of standard dies, a die quick change tool, a die storage bench, foot operating pedal, caliper set, and two depth insertion blocks.
