157CD... COMPRESSOR DISCHARGE HOSE ASSEMBLIES

Tube : Extruded PTFE. Reinforcement : One high tensile Type 304 stainless steel wire braid. Temperature Range : -54°C (-65°F) to 232°C (450°F). Fittings : Factory installed 4000 Series brass female swivel SAE 45° flare crimp couplings.

Featuring brass female swivel ends and a stainless steel wire braid cover, our Compressor Discharge assemblies are designed to withstand temperatures up to 232°C (450°F) and can be used in a variety of applications where corrosion is a concern including air compressor, hydraulic, or gas applications.

Note : The minimum bend radius on these assemblies is 6.5". Exceeding the minimum bend radius will result in kinking of the tube and premature failure.

116... RECORDER HOSE Recorder hose is used to record data during well fracturing operations. The low volumetric expansion of Recorder Hose coupled with its ex tremely high working pressure and tough polyurethane cover make it the ideal hose for this application.

Tube : Polyester elastomer. Reinforcement : Two spiral braids of aramid fibre and one high tensile steel wire braid. Cover : Black polyurethane. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 100°C (212°F). Fittings : Factory installed 8700 Series male pipe (NPTF) crimp couplings. Assembly & Testing : All Recorder hose assemblies are tested to 1 1 ⁄ 2 times working pressure before leaving our facilities and must include safety warning tags (116-TAG). Assemblies are built by request.
