HYDRAULIC CRIMPERS

Pulsar offers two vertical hydraulic crimper options. The D165M features a 1 HP, 110 V pump making it a fast and economical crimper option for hose shops while the D205M features a powerful 2 HP pump and 80 US Ton cylinder making it the best value crimper on the market for heavy duty service. The small footprints of these crimpers allow them to fit almost anywhere on your work bench or in your shop. Both crimpers feature a removable pusher and split dies making it easy to fit angle couplings and special fittings into the crimper. The open design allows for added visibility and safety

and ensures the operator can accurately position the fitting before crimping. A fully adjustable metric micrometer eliminates the need for special shims or spacers and guarantees precise setting of crimp diameters. Every crimper comes standard with an automatic stop switch that shuts the pump off when the crimp cycle is complete as well as an adjustable retraction stop and coupling stop allowing for quick, repetitive crimping. Crimpers and accessories can be ordered individually or as complete kits which include nine sets of standard dies and a die shelf for easy storage.
