PORTABLE CRIMPERS

Pulsar offers a portable crimper head that can be actuated by multiple different pump options allowing for convenient assembly and repair of hydraulic hose in the field or on location. Manufactured in Germany, this compact, multipurpose crimper can crimp up to 1 1 ⁄ 4 ” I.D. wire braid hydraulic hose and up to 1” I.D. six spiral hydraulic hose. The adjustable metric micrometer eliminates the need for a wide range of dies or specialty dies and guarantees precision crimp diameters every time. When the correct crimp measurement is reached, a green optical signal light is provided for the user. This dependable, rugged crimper features an extra-large die opening, industry leading crimping force, and slide bearing greaseless crimping technology. The SH2 crimper and accessories can be ordered individually or as a complete kit which include 10 sets of standard dies and a heavy-duty carry case that allows for easy transportation and storage.
