PUSH-TO-CONNECT LUBRICATION TUBE FITTINGS

Designed specifically for medium pressure grease applications, these push-to-connect fittings find widespread use in central and automatic lubrication systems in a variety of industries in cluding construction, agriculture, transportation, and industrial machinery. Construction : Nickel-plated brass construction with Nitrile O-ring and brass gripping collet. Gripping collet on fraction al tube sizes is nickel-plated for easy identification. Male threaded ends on elbows are swivel style to allow easy orien tation during installation. Temperature Range : -20°C (-4°F) to 80°C (176°F). Pressure Rating : 1160 psi at 20°C (68°F). Pressure ratings of tubing may be less. The lower of the two will determine

1 Cut the tube square and remove any burrs or sharp edges that may damage the internal O-ring on the fitting.

2 Insert the tube until it bottoms, then pull the fitting back to ensure it is secure.

3 To release, press the release ring while pulling the tube out from the fitting.
