DUCTING HOSE

Construction : Translucent blue thermoplastic polyether polyurethane reinforced with a steel wire helix. Ducting wall thickness is .045". Temperature Range : -53°C (-65°F) to 93°C (200°F). Where standard ducting does not give satisfactory life due to the abrasive product being conveyed, polyurethane ducting takes over. Urethane not only provides many times the wear resistance of regular fabric, thermoplastic, and rubber ducting, it also remains flexible at very low temperatures. The translucent construction allows users to see material build-up in the hose. Our standard TPU product features a 45 mil wall thickness but is also available on special order in heavier 60 mil wall thick ness. A food grade formulation is available on special request. While maintaining the excellent wear resistance properties of urethane, TPU35 of fers a more competitively priced alternative for customers with less demanding applications such as chemical fume removal, powder transfer, and seeding.
