All steel components come with a powder coated finish for maximum corrosion resistance while the reliable speed latch allows for positive locking of the spool in two positions per rotation. The robotically welded base ensures maximum strength and consistent quality and comes complete with a hose plumbed in to eliminate the risk of unnecessary stress on the swivel. The swivel is nested within the spool for protection from the environment as well as impact while the bent tube design allows the hose to transition smoothly onto the spool. The Twin Line Retractable Welding Hose Reel is designed to handle oxygen/acetylene or T-grade twin line welding hose and features an independent dual swivel body manufactured from aluminum and hard coated for wear resistance to ensure a positive separation of gases. Individually powder-coated components guarantee protection from premature corrosion while the robotically welded, reinforced steel base offers maximum strength and consistent quality. The swivel body and inlet are both permanently identified with machined grooves on the gas side to ensure proper installation while the double-sealed, specially molded O-rings prevent leakage.
