7000 Series Premium Duty Retractable Hose Reels are ideal for the most demanding applications. The individually powder-coated steel components provide maximum protection from premature corrosion and wear. The guide arm adjusts to seven positions, while the base comes complete with a hose plumbed in to eliminate the risk of unnecessary stress on the swivel. The base plate, upright, and guide arm are all constructed from high-grade 11 gauge steel and are engineered with structural forms and gussets to yield the greatest amount of strength. Made in the USA, this Ultimate Duty Dual Pedestal Hose Reel features all-steel construction and a baked-on powder coat finish to produce a rugged corrosion-resistant product suitable for a wide variety of heavy duty applications. The steel guide arm and dual pedestal base are structurally reinforced with ribs and gussets to ensure maximum strength while the interlocking base eliminates the need for welds and utilizes fewer parts. High-quality spring steel is used and conditioned to ensure there are no imperfections. To ensure maximum service life, independent testing to military standards has proven that this reel can stand up to heavy vibration, making it ideal for truck-mounted applications.
