SUPPORT CLAMPS We offer a variety of pipe, tubing, and cable supports including gal vanized steel and vinyl clamps, nylon clamps, and rubber cushioned clamps. For more heavy duty support clamps, we offer our nylon and polypropylene support clamps which consist of a steel weld plate, two clamp halves, and a plated steel cover plate, all bolted together with hex bolts.

CUSHION CLAMPS Cushion clamps allow hose or tube to be routed in single line runs, multiple line runs of the same diameter, or multiple line runs of various diameters. Runs can be stacked to conserve space and make installations more rigid. This steel clamping system allows for a definitive reference when measuring line runs as the center distance (vertically and horizontally) remains the same regardless of changes in hose or tube size. Cushion clamps can be mounted using a thread adapter to a tapped hole or with the use of a lock washer and nut. We also offer weld adapters for weld mounting directly to a surface.

GATE VALVES

LEVER & PISTON GATE VALVES Commonly found on tanker trucks or bulk waste tanks, these cast bronze gate valves are used for to release or move a large volume of fluids quickly. These quick action valves are available with either a lever style release or piston style release. Replacement handles are available should they be required.

ABRASIVE MATERIAL FLANGE COUPLINGS

RHINO SPLIT FLANGE COUPLINGS Rhino flanges are sold as sets since the two halves are not identical or interchangeable. Designed specifically for G743 Rhino Material Handling Hose, these couplings fit tightly over the corrugated cover when the two halves are bolted together. This feature provides secure attachment while allowing full flow. Coupling sets come complete with bolts. Gaskets are purchase separately.
