RUBBER Material Handling Hose

Traditionally, heavy duty rubber hoses with natural gum rubber tubes such as G741 Gum Rubber Transfer or G743 Rhino Material Transfer were the ideal choice for extreme applications. Today, our rubber hose offering has expanded to include G742 Groundhog Material Transfer which features a synthetic rubber tube. This specially formulated tube outperforms other red tube products found in the field today in sand blast abrasion tests. The rubber hoses found in this catalog all feature corrugated covers, double wire helix reinforcement, and 3 ⁄ 16 " thick, or in the case of Rhino Material Transfer, 3 ⁄ 8 " thick tubes.

THERMOPLASTIC Material Handling Hose

Thermoplastic hose is a more recent addition to the Material Handling lineup. Thermoplastic combines the advantages of rubber and PVC offering a lighter weight and more economic solution where extreme abrasion resistance against slurries or gravel isn't an issue. Often found on municipal vacuum trucks, Green Line offers our standard G1341C TPR Bulk Material hose as well as a high temperature version, which is commonly used for fly ash collection.

URETHANE Material Handline Hose

Polyurethane is an amazingly durable material which remains flexible at low temperatures and combines the lightweight characteristics of PVC with the extreme abrasion resistance of urethane. Our G1741AMPH Amphibian Hose is designed for wet or dry service and can be used in a variety of applications including hydro excavation, slurry handling, fly ash collection, and industrial vacuuming. It has a superior bend radius when compared to traditional rubber hoses helping with in hand flexibility when manipulating the hose.

RUBBER MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE

G741… GUM RUBBER MATERIAL TRANSFER HOSE The extremely abrasion resistant gum rubber tube in G741 allows it to stand up to most non-oily bulk materials such as gravel, sand, and fertilizers, while the built-in static wire dissipates static electricity when properly grounded to couplings. Because natural rubber is quite soft, fitting retention can be difficult and so for pressure applications, double bolt clamps may be required. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 70°C (158°F). G742… GROUNDHOG MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE Groundhog's flexible design makes it ideal for truck mounted hydrovac service for daylighting, waste cleanup, and drain cleaning. The 3 ⁄ 16 " black anti-static tube has excellent abrasion resistance and can be used with a variety of abrasive materials. For easy installation, soft cuff lengths are available in our 8" size. Temperature Range : -30°C (-22°F) to 70°C (158°F).

G743… RHINO MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE Rhino Hose is our heaviest material handling hose and is ideal for handling slurries, gravel, ore, and other abrasive materials where con ditions are severe. The 3 ⁄ 8 " thick, natural rubber tube is not designed for hose inserts and so using an over-the-cover flange fitting system with the corrugated cover provides a full flow coupling that can be easily installed in the field. G1341K… PREMIUM EPDM SUCTION

EPDM Suction combines the best qualities of rubber and plastic. Like PVC Suction hoses, it is lightweight, flexible, with a hard, non-marking cover making it easy to handle and move around. Like rubber suction hoses, G1341K is weather and mild-chemical resistant and will stay flexible at very low temperatures. Temperature Range : -35°C (-31°F) to 60°C (140°F).

Rubber Water Suction is the “traditional” suction hose. It is the heavy duty product still preferred by many users for heavy construction, dewatering, municipal, irrigation and mining applications. Our hose, particularly in the larger sizes, is more robust than many other products found in the market. It is ideal for rugged and demanding applications, including vacuum truck service. G948 is an extremely flexible hose, even in winter weather, due to its all-polyethylene construction. With no rigid steel helix or hard PVC, G948 will spring back to its normal shape after being crushed. These features make G948 popular on utility and municipal service trucks, such as septic pump trucks, where compact storage and ease of use are important. Dig Tubes are specially designed for industrial vacuum, sewer clean ing, and hydro excavation applications. They are made from heat treated aluminum with thicker walls and seamless construction when compared to standard irrigation tubing.

Flange ends are connected using Quick Clamps. G71C Quick Clamps come complete with an adjustable J-hook for connecting, while G71CD Quick Clamps feature an adjustable D-Ring hook for con necting. The trimline handles on these clamps hug the body of the clamp when tightened over the flange end, reducing the chances of the handle getting caught on equipment, manhole covers, or ladders while in use. HYDRO EXCAVATION RING-LOCK FITTINGS

Our Ring-Lock dig tubes, also known as Bandlock® style or Western® style tubes, are used by end-users with Super Products® and Guz zler® industrial vacuum trucks. These dig tubes come standard with narrow ring male ends and either polyurethane cuffs or squareback female ends complete with gasket.

Our galvanized steel Ring-Lock hose fittings, also known as Travis, Bush Hog, or Pierce fittings, allow users to easily connect hose assemblies and dig tubes with Ring-Lock ends. Females are supplied with a rubber gasket. Gaskets can also be purchased separately.

STORM PRESSURE WASH HOSE

All our pressure wash hose assemblies are factory made with male NPT end fittings and bend restrictors at each end. One male end is a swivel to prevent hose twisting except for the 119H Tempest which are solid at each end. For convenience we also offer hoses complete with quick couplings attached.

PRESSURE WASH QUICK COUPLINGS & ADAPTERS

STRAIGHT-THROUGH PRESSURE WASH COUPLINGS Our manual connect and disconnect couplings are commonly used in fluid transfer applications where unrestricted flow and high operating pressures are desired. Couplers are machined from solid brass or 303 stainless steel bar stock and come standard with buna-N (Nitrile) seals which are rated for use up to 130°C (266°F). Replacement FPM (Viton®) O-rings are available and are rated for use up to 200°C (392°F). Stainless steel balls, retaining rings, and springs provide maximum service live. Plugs are machined from solid brass, steel, or 303 stainless steel bar stock. Steel plugs are hardened and zinc plated for maximum service life. Temperature Range : -20°C (-4°F) to 125°C (257°F).

C400 SERIES STRAIGHT-THROUGH COUPLINGS In sewer cleaning, industrial vacuum, and hydro excavation applica tions, customers may choose to use these specialty couplings. The plated steel construction of our non-valved C400 Series Hydraulic couplings is perfect for the rigours of hydro excavation service while also allowing for extra flow and high operating pressures. WATER BLAST COUPLINGS Normally designed for use with our Water Blast Hose Assemblies, these zinc-plated steel couplings feature stainless steel retaining rings and springs to maximize corrosion resistance and extend ser vice life. Manufactured using high strength steel bar stock and with standard buna-N (Nitrile) seals that allow for temperature ratings up to 121°C (250°F), these couplings have become popular in the hydro excavation and industrial vacuum industry. HOTSY STYLE PRESSURE WASH COUPLINGS Not to be confused with our Karcher or Simoniz style pressure wash adapters, these couplings are designed specifically to fit Hotsy style twist couplings and feature a unique nose protruding from the female thread, while the inner tube of the male houses the O-ring to allow for a positive seal. Hotsy style couplings are rated to 4000 psi at a maximum temperature of 149°C (300°F) and feature a flow rate of 7.8 GPM.

DOUBLE-BOLT CLAMPS Our double-bolt G38 clamps are made from plated ductile iron. In the smaller sizes ( 3 ⁄ 4 " to 2), they are popular for hydraulic suction lines, while larger clamps are often used for irrigation and general suction and discharge service

SPIRAL DOUBLE-BOLT CLAMPS Spiral double-bolt clamps are designed to provide superior sealing on corrugated PVC suction hoses such as G941WS. Please note, different manufacturers may use either a clockwise or counter-clockwise spiral in their hose. Our standard corrugated hoses spiral in the counter clockwise direction (similar to a left hand thread). G38W clamps are designed for that spiral only. For clockwise spiral clamps, specify G38WR

T-BOLT CLAMPS Where most T-Bolt clamps feature a plated steel fastener, ours is all stainless. This makes the Kodiak® T-Bolt Clamp ideal for a variety of applications, especially where gear clamps do not provide adequate holding or tightening strength. G89 Kodiak® clamps feature a ¾" wide by 0.025" thick Type 301 stainless band. The Type 302 stainless bolt is fastened by a Type 304 nylon inserted locknut. The locknut is rated to 120°C (248°F) and may be tightened to 50 inch lbs.

PUNCH CLAMPS Our punch clamps are double wrapped and formed to a given diam eter, with sizes ranging from 13 ⁄ 16 " to 8" I.D. All punch clamps can be pulled down to a smaller diameter using a punch clamp tool but cannot be adjusted to a larger diameter. We offer a variety of punch clamp options including stainless steel punch clamps for improved corrosion resistance.

CLAMPS

SUPPORT CLAMPS We offer a variety of pipe, tubing, and cable supports including gal vanized steel and vinyl clamps, nylon clamps, and rubber cushioned clamps. For more heavy duty support clamps, we offer our nylon and polypropylene support clamps which consist of a steel weld plate, two clamp halves, and a plated steel cover plate, all bolted together with hex bolts.

CUSHION CLAMPS Cushion clamps allow hose or tube to be routed in single line runs, multiple line runs of the same diameter, or multiple line runs of various diameters. Runs can be stacked to conserve space and make installations more rigid. This steel clamping system allows for a definitive reference when measuring line runs as the center distance (vertically and horizontally) remains the same regardless of changes in hose or tube size. Cushion clamps can be mounted using a thread adapter to a tapped hole or with the use of a lock washer and nut. We also offer weld adapters for weld mounting directly to a surface.

RHINO SPLIT FLANGE COUPLINGS Rhino flanges are sold as sets since the two halves are not identical or interchangeable. Designed specifically for G743 Rhino Material Handling Hose, these couplings fit tightly over the corrugated cover when the two halves are bolted together. This feature provides secure attachment while allowing full flow. Coupling sets come complete with bolts. Gaskets are purchase separately.

OILPAD… These oil cleanup pads measure 15” x 18” and are made from poly propylene. They reject water, and so are ideal for land and water use, and typically absorb 15 to 25 times their weight in spilled oil (up to 1.36 litres per pad).

GOCOZORB… GoCo-Zorb is a 100% organic absorbent made from coconut husks. Perfect for a wide range of spill events including gasoline, diesel, anti-freeze, engine oil, vegetable oil, pesticides, mild corrosives, and even oil-based paint among other things.

PSP700-020… This bag contains both oil and universal absorbents to handle any liquid around a vehicle. Oil pads and socks can be used to contain an oil or fuel leak, and universal pads and absorbent granules can be used on coolants and antifreeze. A pair of nitrile gloves is included as well as epoxy for quick tank repairs. This kit includes:
