THREAD-TO-CONNECT TEST POINT COUPLINGS

Direct Gauge Couplers are used to connect pressure gauges or sensors directly to the test point.

Diagnostic test points or test ports are used to monitor pressures in hydraulic systems and can also be used to vent hydraulic systems and draw uid samples for contamination measurement. Galvanized carbon steel construction with Buna-N (Nitrile) seals allow for working temperatures up to 125°C (257°F) for all hydraulic and mineral oils. Rated to 9100 psi, these test points feature an M16 X 2.0 thread-to-connect body and are interchangeable with Stauff Test 20, Parker EMA3, Cejn Press Check, Voss Point Measuring, and Tompkins Test Point designs. Temperature Range : -30°C (-22°F) to 125°C (257°F). Interchange : Stauff Test 20, Parker EMA3, Cejn Press-Check, Voss Point Measuring, Tompkins Test Point.

Bulkhead Test Points are often used to group together multiple test points at one central service point. Unvalved Bulkhead Gauge Adapters allow pressure gauges to be permanently installed into the manifold while T00BH Bulkhead Test Points allow users to use a T101 Micro-Bore hose assembly to access hard to reach test points.
