THREAD-TO-CONNECT TEST POINT COUPLINGS
Direct Gauge Couplers are used to connect pressure gauges or sensors directly to the test point.
Diagnostic test points or test ports are used to monitor pressures in hydraulic systems and can also be used to vent hydraulic systems and draw uid samples for contamination measurement. Galvanized carbon steel construction with Buna-N (Nitrile) seals allow for working temperatures up to 125°C (257°F) for all hydraulic and mineral oils. Rated to 9100 psi, these test points feature an M16 X 2.0 thread-to-connect body and are interchangeable with Stauff Test 20, Parker EMA3, Cejn Press Check, Voss Point Measuring, and Tompkins Test Point designs. Temperature Range : -30°C (-22°F) to 125°C (257°F). Interchange : Stauff Test 20, Parker EMA3, Cejn Press-Check, Voss Point Measuring, Tompkins Test Point.

Bulkhead Test Points are often used to group together multiple test points at one central service point. Unvalved Bulkhead Gauge Adapters allow pressure gauges to be permanently installed into the manifold while T00BH Bulkhead Test Points allow users to use a T101 Micro-Bore hose assembly to access hard to reach test points. C790 TEST POINT QUICK COUPLINGS
Occasionally, you may nd push-to-connect test point couplings on North American made equipment. Our C790 Series Test Point Quick Couplings will allow you to adapt your micro-bore hose assemblies to t these couplings. C790 couplings meet the ISO 15171-1 interchange standard, are tted with buna-N (nitrile) seals and feature zinc-plated carbon steel construction. The ush face design allows for minimal air inclusion and uid loss while the quick release sleeve allows for easy push-to-connect operation. These couplings allow for bidirectional ow and are commonly used in industrial, construction, and agricultural applications. Temperature Range : -20°C (-4°F) to 100°C (212°F). Interchange : Parker PD, Aeroquip FD90, Holmbury DTP.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST POINT ADAPTERS
Note : Diagnostic test point adapters should be stocked in a completely separate location from regular adapters, since a test point adapter installed in the place of a normal adapter will prevent normal operation of the hydraulic system.
These zinc-plated carbon steel adapters are designed speci cally for hydraulic diagnostic applications and feature different thread ports depending on your needs. Diagnostic test point adapters are used to retro t test points on older systems, combine measuring points, or allow testing points to be added for new installations. PRESSURE GAUGES
Liquid lled gauges are well suited for hydraulic, oil and gas, pressure wash, and process systems. The liquid provides signif icant cushioning to reduce pointer utter and internal damage. Center back mount gauges are available by specifying “-CBM” after PG in the part number. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 65°C (149°F).

0-100000 For best results, please adhere to the following recommendations: ■ When calibrating gauges, choose a calibration pressure that is in the middle range of the gauge (between the ten o’clock and two o’clock position of the dial). ■ Remember to prick a hole or cut the tip off of the vent plug to bring the internal pressure back to atmospheric pressure. ■ Ensure all gauges are mounted upright to avoid uid leakage.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST POINTS EXPLAINED
Fluid Sample Allow fluid sampling for preventative maintenance.
Valves, Cylinders, Actuators
Temperature Find out if your system is operating within the correct temperature specifications.
System Pressure Make sure your components are receiving adequate pressure.
Outlet Pressure Test your system for proper working pressure. Use TG08 to thread directly to the test point even against active pressure.
Return Pressure Confirm that there is minimal pressure on your return line. Back pressure can adversely affect system performance.
