NYLON AIR BRAKE TUBING Nylon Air Brake Tubing is used for air brake, instrumentation, and air accessory lines on truck and trailer and other mobile air braking systems. G1212 conforms to DOT FMVSS 106 requirements as well as SAE J844 specifications (Type A in sizes 1 ⁄ 8 " to 5 ⁄ 16 " and Type B in sizes 3 ⁄ 8 " to 3 ⁄ 4 "). Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 95°C (203°F)

Our Gladhands meet the SAE J318 standard and feature a lightweight aluminum construction and color coding for air brake line applications between truck and trailer. Quickly and easily install our gladhands and gladhand grips to the single-piece trailer side end fitting of our G1213 Coiled Air Brake assemblies and you're ready to roll!

FIFTH WHEEL SLIDER ASSEMBLIES

Used for tractor to trailer brake connections, G1213 Coiled Air Brake assemblies conform to DOT FMVSS 106 requirements as well as SAE J844 and FMCSA 393.45 specifications. The heavy-duty plated spring guards are corrosion resistant for added protection while the large coil diameters prevent kinking and allow for excellent recoil memory. With no cutting required and thread sealant on male pipe threads pre applied, connecting these coiled air brake lines is quick and convenient and only requires a wrench to tighten the three-piece tractor side end fitting once attached. Colour-coded for mistake free hookups, G1213 assemblies are available individually in blue (service) or red (emergency) or as a pair (G1213SET). Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 95°C (203°F).

A sliding fifth wheel connects a tractor and trailer and can slide back and forth on frame rails. By sliding the trailer, the operator can adjust the weight distribu tion over the axles as well as the distance between truck and trailer bulkhead, allowing the truck to haul a wider variety of freight. G1213 Fifth spring guards are corrosion resistant for added protection while the excellent recoil memory ensures coils will retract without sagging, eliminating abrasion and wear, even after prolonged use. Assemblies come complete with push-to-connect ends with pre-applied thread sealant for easy connection. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 95°C (203°F).
