GREASE GUNS Lever action grease guns allow for accurate control of grease flow and are perfect for use on cars, trucks, tractors, and heavy machinery. Complete with a 6” steel curved extension, protective rubber cap, grease coupler, and air release valve, simply fill this grease gun with a standard 14 oz. cartridge or bulk load and you are ready to grease. Pulsar’s heavy duty lever grease gun features a cast iron pump head with a chrome plated finish and a knurled barrel for a non-slip grip. The included plunger stopper makes cartridge replacement easy while the variable stroke mechanism allows you to control how much grease goes where. GREASE WHIPS

Grease whips provide a flexible connector between the grease gun and grease fitting to allow easier access to the tight and awkward spaces where grease nipples always seem to be located. Our grease whip hose assemblies are rubber to remain flexible at low temperatures and feature a wire braid for better service life and coupling retention. End fittings are solid brass and feature a 1 ⁄ 8 " male pipe (NPTF) thread complete with a ball seat to seal with either tapered pipe or NPSM swivel pipe female threads. Please note, longer lengths available on request. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 100°C (212°F), petroleum base fluids intermittent up to 125°C (257°F).

Red Stick 2 finds widespread use in agriculture, construction, logging, trucking, and mining applications where demanding water washout or shock loading protection is needed and is an optimal chassis lubricant for on and off-road equipment. This premium duty, extreme pressure, lithium complex grease includes superior rust and corrosion protection while its distinctive red colour helps to quickly identify the grease and detect defective bearing seals. Red Stick 2 is recommended for industrial and anti-friction bearings including wheel bearings in equipment with disc brakes. It is not recommended for small anti-friction bearings operating over 5000 RPM. Note : Tacky additives used in the formulation of this grease make it hard to pump. A heavy follower plate or pneumatic pumping system may be required. Red Stick 2 is not recommended for central lubrica tion systems.

GREASE NIPPLES Grease fittings, also referred to as grease nipples, Zerk fittings, or Alem ite fittings are found on mechanical systems and machinery and serve as lubrication points for bearings or other mechanical components. With a history dating back to the 1920s, grease fittings still find widespread use today. Their unique design provides a secure connection between the nipple and grease gun coupler to allow for the precise delivery of grease while preventing against contamination. Grease fittings are available in a variety of shapes to fit any application.

Big Blue MP2 is an optimal chassis lubricant for on and off-road equipment and is recommended for disc brakes, fifth wheels, and universal joints, as well as all types of ball bearings including plain, heavy loaded, journal, needle, and ball and roller. This premium, multi purpose, lithium complex grease has been formulated to withstand a wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to 204°C) and includes superior rust and corrosion protection for moving parts under extreme pressure. Big Blue MP2 is an excellent choice for most sealed-for-life bearings and finds widespread use in agriculture, construction, logging, trucking, and mining applications where water resistance and shock load abilities are required.
