SPRAY TIPS & NOZZLES

Spray tips are designated by the spray angle (a narrower angle produces more force over a small area, which is great for tough jobs but may gouge or strip softer surfaces), and by orifice size. The orifice size designates the gallons per minute flow at 4000 psi. Spray tips are available color coded by spray angle with quick disconnect ends or with 1 ⁄ 4 " male NPT ends. Other sizes are available on request.

HIGH PRESSURE SWIVEL JOINTS Swivel Joints consist of an external barrel over a stem. These high pressure swivel joints are designed for pressure wash applications. Please note, aside from 0898XHD swivels, pressure wash swivels are not suitable for oil or hydraulic service. Using a larger orifice than recommended will cause loss of cleaning pressure. Using a smaller orifice will mean less flow of water at the maximum pump pressure. To choose the correct nozzle, find the pump pressure of your machine in the top row of the chart below. In that column, choose the row that shows the flow of your pressure washer. In the left column you will find the appropriate nozzle orifice size.
