SUPPORT CLAMPS

Our Plastic Hose Guard is a at, plastic, armour guard designed to offer both abrasion and kink resistance. This lightweight, plastic coil is made from abrasion and petroleum resistant thermoplastic and can also be used to bundle multiple hose lines together.

G6 Support Clamps are made from galvanized steel and are dipped in vinyl to prevent cha ng. When compared to our more economical G6N Rubber Cushioned Support Clamps, our G6 Support Clamps provide a cleaner looking installation when supporting pipe, tubing, cables, or hose. They feature a 3 ⁄ 4 " wide heavy duty strap and 13 ⁄ 32 ” bolt hole.

G6N Rubber Cushioned Support Clamps are used to support pipe, tubing, cables, or hose. They have a 1 ⁄ 2 " wide galvanized steel strap tted with a rubber liner to prevent cha ng. The bolt hole measures 0.256”.

Our PGH is a heavier hose wrap commonly found in extreme applications in forestry and mining. G6B… NYLON SUPPORT CLAMP

G6B Support Clamps are made from black nylon, are UV resist ant, and meet the UL94V-2 standard for use as cable sup ports for electronics. Their lightweight, exible, and compact construction makes them perfectly suited for tube and cable support applications in a variety of environments including outdoor and marine applications where traditional metal sup port clamps may corrode. In the 1⁄4" size these clamps feature a 0.39" band width, while all other sizes have a 0.47" band width. All sizes have a 0.19" diameter bolt hole.

Construction : Convoluted, black, medium density polyethylene (G830) or nylon 6 copolymer (G830N), split along length. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 93°C (200°F). G830N rated to 125°C (257°F). Split Conduit or Split Loom, as it is often called, provides a convenient method for bundling electrical wires in a variety of applications.
