ABRASIVE MATERIAL HOSE

Construction : Orange thermoplastic polyurethane co-extruded for maximum abrasion resistance. Reinforcement : High tensile, circular woven, ultra strong aramid yarn. Temperature Range : -50°C (-58°F) to 65°C (149°F).

Ideal for insulating concrete forms, tall walls, columns, or any where space is limited, G1783 is a lightweight, easy to handle concrete placement hose. The lay-flat design allows for improved flow control and lower placement rates when compared to conventional rubber placement hose. G1783 features "through the-weave" construction encapsulating the tube, reinforcement, and cover into a single solid wall hose. The excellent abrasion resistant properties of polyurethane can stand up to the tough est of work environments without sacrificing flexibility while the bright orange colour results in better visibility and safety. Typically found on the end of concrete pump trucks, Green Line's Concrete Placement hose is specially designed to handle the most abrasive concrete applications. In the 2" size, this hose is commonly used for Shotcrete applications, while the 5" size is sometimes referred to as piling hose and is used with piling rigs for concrete piles. Available with fabric or wire reinforce ment, G783 & G784 both feature a wrapped, abrasion and weather resistant cover as well as a natural/SBR blend rubber tube specially compounded for abrasion resistance.
