Groundhog Hose is a lightweight hose used for suction of sand, soil and a variety of other abrasive materials. Its flexible design makes it ideal for truck mounted hydrovac service for drain cleaning, daylighting, and other waste cleanup. Tube : Smooth, 3 ⁄ 16 " thick, black, anti-static synthetic rubber with excellent resistance to abrasion. Reinforcement : Double-wire helix plus synthetic spiral cords. Cover : Corrugated, black, weather resistant synthetic rubber. Temperature Range : -30°C (-22°F) to 70°C (158°F).

G743… RHINO MATERIAL HANDLING

Tube : Smooth, tan, 3 ⁄ 8 " thick, natural rubber. Reinforcement : Double wire helix embedded between layers of synthetic spiral cords. Cover : Corrugated, black, weather resistant rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 70°C (158°F). Fittings : G79 Rhino External Split Flange Couplings only. Regu lar barbed hose inserts are not recommended. Rhino Material Handling is our heaviest hose and is ideal for handling slurries, gravel, ore, groundfish, and other abrasive materials where conditions are severe. The corrugated cover is designed to fit an over-the-cover flange fitting system. Flanges feature corrugated coupling sleeves that fit tightly over the hose when flange halves are bolted together. This provides a full-flow coupling that can be installed in the field.
