G1341C... RUBBER BULK MATERIAL

Construction : Black, abrasion resistant SBR rubber supported by a thick, rigid PVC helix. Interior : Smooth, high abrasion resistant SBR rubber. Exterior : Corrugated, abrasion, and weather resistant SBR rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 60°C (140°F). Often seen in the fall on municipal vacuum trucks where it is used to remove leaves and debris from plugged storm drains, G1341C is also commonly used for conveying a variety of abrasive materials including grain, sand, gravel, cement, and crushed rock. The SBR blended tube offers excellent abrasion resistance, good low temperature flexibility and is able to dis sipate static electricity.

G1341H... HI-TEMP BULK MATERIAL

Construction : Black, abrasion resistant EPDM supported by a polyethylene helix with steel helical wire. Interior : Smooth, abrasion and mild chemical resistant EPDM. Exterior : Corrugated, abrasion, weather and mild chemical resistant EPDM. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 104°C (220°F). G1341H is rated up to 104°C and is typically used for slurry handling, fly ash collection, hydro excavation, agricultural liquid fertilizer, and as the boom hose on sewer trucks. The steel helical wire provides strength and allows for use at higher temperatures without deformation while the specially formulated tube helps prevent the build-up of static electricity allowing for smooth material flow and added safety.
