Tube : Black, heat resistant, EPDM rubber. Reinforcement : Multiple layers of spiralled textile cords. Cover : Green, abrasion, heat, and chemical resistant EPDM rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 100°C (212°F).

Papermill Washdown is manufactured with an 18" long, built-in tapered nozzle to assure a good stream for open-ended wash down. Because the nozzle is all rubber and built right in, G329 can be used around machinery without the risk of damage to surfaces or parts that metal fittings or nozzles could cause. When designing a papermill hose, the primary consideration is kink resistance so that flow will not be cut off when operators are climbing over catwalks and around tight corners during machinery washdown. G329 Papermill Washdown is built with a thick hose wall and offers the optimum balance between kink resistance and weight. The hose is made with EPDM rubber, for maximum resistance to heat and aging.

Designed to perform in environments where abrasion or sliding occurs, this single wire braid hose features a smooth cover available in four different colours. Black Storm is commonly found in standard pressure wash and car wash applications. Blue Storm is by far our most popular pressure wash hose and is also used in carpet cleaning applications. Grey Storm is also used for carpet cleaning applications and features a non-marking cover. Sun Storm features an extremely durable yellow cover which lasts up to four times longer in abrasion tests compared to standard pressure wash hoses. It is specially designed to resist animal fats and oils and is the perfect choice for food processing plants, dairies, and meat packaging facilities.
