We carry a complete line of accessories to make sure your exhaust system is as safe and effective as possible. Here are some important notes on adapter selection: ■■ Always select a tailpipe adapter with 1 ⁄ 2 " diameter clearance around the tailpipe to allow air flow that keeps exhaust temperature within acceptable limits, thus greatly extend ing hose life. ■■ Tailpipe adapters can be quickly screwed onto or into exhaust hose. ■■ Use threaded connectors with CR-500, CR-600, and all CRW exhaust hoses. ■■ Use ‘Y’ connectors along with short lengths of hose and tailpipe adapters to create Y-assemblies for vehicles with dual exhausts. ■■ Door Ports are designed for 1” thick doors. Port diameters are large enough to fit the outside diameter of the hose. ■■ Specialty adapters such as elbows and duct connectors are available to join exhaust hoses to overhead or under-floor exhaust ducting.
