G1041… MILLENNIUM HARDWALL

Millennium Hardwall food hose is phthalate free and suitable for almost all food products including wine, beer, fruit juices, fatty foods, vegetable oils and alcohol. G1041 can be sanitized with steam at a maximum of 110°C (230°F) for up to 15 minutes, or for a few minutes at 30°C with solutions of 3% nitric acid, 0.5% peracetic acid, or 5% phosphoric acid. G1041 meets the stringent European standards CE1935/04 and CE2023/06.

Tube : Smooth, white, phthalate free, taste free food quality synthetic rubber to FDA standards. Reinforcement : High-tensile steel wire helix embedded be tween layers of synthetic textile cords. Cover : Blue, wrapped finish, ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber. Temperature Range : -30°C (-22°F) to 100°C (212°F). G1041C... CORRUGATED BARKEEP'S HARDWALL

Tube : Smooth, white, phthalate free, taste free, food quality butyl rubber. Reinforcement : High tensile steel wire helix embedded between layers of synthetic textile cords. Cover : Red, corrugated, wrapped finish, ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber designed to adhere to inner tube and translucid, low friction, thermoplastic cover. Perfect for wine, beer, and spirits up to 96% alcohol, G1041C is lightweight and easy to handle making it the ideal choice for suction or delivery in any distillery or brewery. Its corrugated construction offers excellent in-hand flexibility, while the low friction cover allows the hose to slide easily without resistance reducing physical effort and handling time. To sanitize, open ended steam can be used to a maximum of of 130°C (266°F) for 30 minutes. Alternatively, both 0.5% peracetic acid and 3% nitric acid can also be used to a maximum of 30°C (86°F) for no more than 15 minutes. G1041C meets the stringent European standards CE1935/04 and CE2023/06 and is certified to FDA title 21 for aqueous foods and D.M. 21/03/73 for aqueous foods and alcohol up to 96%.
