G1642C… NITRILE/PVC FUEL DROP

Designed to be used for gasoline drop hose applications, G1642C Nitrile/PVC Fuel Drop features a specially formulated tube resistant to oils, gasoline, petroleum, aromatics, and naptha. G1642C can also be used for oil, fuel, and grease transfer, heavy duty oil suction, and oil slurry, hydrocarbon, and animal fat handling applications. The heavy duty construction is supported by a high tensile strength braided polyester reinforcement and a rigid orange helix which protects the hose tube from abrasion and wear while also allowing the hose to easily slide over rough surfaces. When compared to conventional rubber drop hoses, G1642C is lighter and easier to handle, providing a more economical option for those that require it. Nitrile/PVC Fuel Drop comes complete with a static wire to ensure positive grounding when properly coupled.

Petroleum & Oilfield

Construction : Black nitrile tube supported by polyester braided reinforcement and a rigid PVC helix with embedded copper static wire. Phthalate free. Interior : Specially compounded, smooth, black, oil, gasoline,

and petroleum resistant nitrile rubber. Exterior : Corrugated, abrasion and mild chemical resistant orange PVC helix with black nitrile rubber in between. Temperature Range : -34°C (-30°F) to 60°C (140°F).
