Tube : Smooth, black, oil resistant synthetic rubber. Reinforcement : High tensile steel dual wire helix embedded between textile cords plus built-in static wire. Cover : Smooth, blue, oil, weather, abrasion and ozone resis tant synthetic rubber. Temperature Range : -55°C (-67°F) to 80°C (176°F) for products up to 30% aromatic content or up to 70°C (158°F) for products up to 50% aromatic content. Designed in a way to give the flexibility of a corrugated hose with the service life of a smooth cover hose, G641BL is not just another tank truck hose. With so many options on the market to choose from, all varying in price, weight, and flexibility (especially in cold temperatures), choosing a tank truck hose can be difficult. Today, almost all tank truck hoses are corrugated to maximize flexibility. The corrugation however, is a natural weak point for the cover and tube to fail. 141C... NOVA 4 SUCTION RETURN Originally designed for hydraulic suction and low pressure re turn lines, NOVA 4 is suitable for use with fuels, mineral oils, and other petroleum derivatives. The nitrile rubber tube offers superior resistance to softening and swelling sometimes caused by high temperature oils and is designed to withstand products with up to 50% aromatic content. The helical wire reinforcement allows for full vacuum service while the corrugated construction results in excellent in-hand flexibility, making the multipurpose NOVA 4 a perfect choice for tank truck applications.

Reinforcement : Steel wire helix embedded between layers of high tensile synthetic cords plus built-in static wire. Cover : Heat, abrasion, and weather resistant black chloroprene rubber. MSHA approved. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 125°C (257°F).
