Tube : Smooth, black, oil & biofuel resistant synthetic rubber. Reinforcement : High tensile steel wire helix embedded between textile cords plus built-in copper static wire. Cover : Corrugated, black, oil, weather, abrasion and ozone resistant synthetic rubber. Temperature Range : -55°C (67°F) to 82°C (180°F) for products up to 30% aromatic content or up to 70°C (158°F) for products up to 50% aromatic content. Polar Tank Truck is designed for year-round use in environments where standard hoses become too stiff during winter use. G643L offers improved flexibility at extremely low Arctic temperatures, making this hose our most popular choice among tank truck operators. The combined capability to handle pressure and full suction applications also makes Polar Tank Truck an ideal choice for all-purpose petroleum suction and discharge, oilfield service, or as a fuel delivery drop hose.

Our G646L Arctic Tank Truck hose features a lightweight corrugated construction which offers excellent in-hand flexibility and a tighter bend radius than other tank truck hoses found on the market. Rated for use down to -55°C, G646L is a true Arctic hose. Tube : Black nitrile rubber suitable for all grades of gasoline and petroleum products with up to 50% aromatic content. Reinforcement : Heavy wire double helix embedded between layers of synthetic textile cords plus built-in static wire. Cover : Black, corrugated finish, oil, weather and abrasion resistant nitrile rubber. Temperature Range : -55°C (-67°F) to 90°C (194°F).
