Safety Note: G623 is not recommended where one hose is required to deliver different fuel types. Use G626 when multiple fuel types will be used in the same hose.

Tube : Smooth, black, gasoline and oil resistant Class A nitrile rubber. Reinforcement : High tensile, synthetic, spiralled yarn plus built-in static wire. Cover : Smooth, red, oil, abrasion, and weather resistant Class A nitrile/PVC rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 70°C (150°F) for fuel blends. Features such as an ability to handle a variety of fuels, a non-marking cover, and good kink resistance have made G623 popular as a gasoline or diesel dispensing hose on marine refuelling barges and in logging camps. Arctic Fuel Oil Delivery is designed for oil and fuel delivery in cold climates where conventional hoses become too stiff and even brittle. The wrapped-ply fabric reinforcement provides good kink resistance, while the special rubber compounds used in both tube and cover ensure flexibility while in use even at -40°C (-40°F). Below -40°C (-40°F), Arctic Fuel Oil Delivery will begin to stiffen but will not become brittle until below -55°C (-67°F). Tube : Smooth, black, gasoline, oil, and biofuel resistant synthetic rubber. Reinforcement : High tensile wrapped plies of spiral cords with copper static wire. Cover : Blue, oil, abrasion, and weather resistant synthetic rubber with wrapped finish. Assembly Note: When installing couplings on fuel fill hoses, the anti-static wire should be exposed and folded into the inside of the hose so that it comes into permanent contact with the couplings. This should be confirmed with an electrical continuity check prior to service. Internal expansion curb pump fittings should not be used with G625B Arctic Fuel Oil Delivery.
