POTABLE WATER HOSE

G912 is primarily designed for hot and cold pressurized drinking water lines on boats. The hose features an opaque white tube which reduces algae growth in cold water lines. The cover is clear and has a blue tracer. Where cold and hot water lines must be identified for correct connections, we recommend G912 for cold water and G911 for hot water. Tube : White, food grade quality PVC that is certified to FDA standards. Reinforcement : High tensile spiraled polyester yarn with blue tracer. Cover : Smooth, clear with a blue tint, abrasion and weather resistant PVC, that is certified to FDA standards. Temperature Range : -5°C (23°F) to 65°C (149°F).

Tube : Smooth, white, silicone and phthalate free PVC compound that complies with FDA (CFR title 21, parts 170-199), NSF-61, and California Proposition 65. Reinforcement : Spiral layers of high tensile yarn. Cover : Smooth, blue, abrasion and weather resistant PVC compound. Temperature Range : -25°C (-13°F) to 65°C (149°F).

Pureflex is designed for use where water main service is dis rupted and temporary bypass hoses are used to supply drinking water to homes and businesses. The tube compound meets the toughest standards for potable water applications and will not transfer an odor or taste to the water. In addition, the tube in G1031 is less porous than rubber, and therefore is easier to flush and clean after use and prior to reuse. The heavy duty construction limits kinking in hot weather and provides extra resistance to external wear and abuse.
