80000 SERIES... ULTIMATE DUTY RETRACTABLE HOSE REEL

Made in the USA, the 80000 Series Ultimate Duty Spring Retractable Hose Reels feature all-steel construction and individually powder-coat components to produce a rugged, corrosion-resistant product suitable for a wide variety of applications. The steel guide arm and dual pedestal base are stamped with ribs and gussets and robotically welded to ensure maximum strength. The unitized, cast internal fluid path allows for easy assembly, while the containerized spring assembly allows for safer and easier handling during maintenance. The full flow swivel combines the high-grade seal design and materials for maximum service life.

Adjustable Bumper Stops are made from solid molded rubber to ensure a long service life and nonslip grip. Bumper stops allow the user to determine the desired length of hose or cord that remains permanently stored outside the reel. Please note, bumper stops are only included on reels purchased with a hose or cord installed. When ordering, please advise the part number, reel model, hose I.D., and hose O.D., or the cord AWG and number of conductors.
