G2640… COMPOSITE VAPOUR RECOVERY

G2640 Composite Vapour Recovery has been specially designed for vapour recovery applications on loading arms. By using the exact number of layers required for this application, this spe cially constructed composite hose provides a more flexible and lightweight option when compared to rubber vapour recovery hoses and allows for easier handling and maneuverability of the loading arms. Construction : Layers of polypropylene fabrics and sealing films with galvanized steel inner and outer wires. Temperature Range : -30°C (-22°F) to 100°C (212°F). Pressure Testing : Additional charge per custom hose assembly for hydrostatic proof testing. Includes serial number stamped on hose and test certificate. G2641H High-Temp Composite Petroleum Transfer is designed with a combination of layers of polypropylene, polyamide, fi berglass, and PTFE to withstand high working temperatures up to 240°C. This composite hose can be used in external conditions or non-corrosive environments and is commonly used for transferring bitumen, hot air, and hot oil in a variety of settings such as tank trucks, trailers, and industrial plants. PAS… POLYESTER ABRASION SLEEVE

Green Line can supply composite hose assemblies complete with a polyester sleeve jacket to provide extra wear resistance. The jacket is fixed at each fitting using punch clamps. PAS fab ric is 1200 Denier polyester woven at 24 threads per inch with a waterproof PVC backing to enhance water resistance and overall durability.
