DP... DOUBLE-PLY POLYESTER DUCTING

Construction : Two plies of black polyester fabric that have been coated with neoprene rubber and wrapped over a galvanized steel wire helix. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 121°C (250°F). Note : Working pressure and vacuum ratings are for straight lengths at 22°C (72°F). Our black DP Ducting is well known for providing exceptional service in fume removal, dehumidification and ventilation ap plications including enclosed space ventilation. The chemical and puncture resistant, self-extinguishing construction allows for longer life in light material handling while minimizing wear. DP Ducting is UL94V-0 listed.

DS… DOUBLE-PLY SILICONE DUCTING Ideal for extreme heat applications such as plastic pellet dryers in plastic manufacturing and processing, DS Double-Ply Silicone Ducting is lightweight and easy to install. The smooth internal ply allows for maximum air flow and minimal friction loss, while the outer ply allows for a more robust design versus a single ply hose. The high heat resistant properties of silicone make DS perfect for high temperature air flow and fume removal while it is also great for handling dusts and light powders. DS Double-Ply Silicone Ducting is available in 25 ft lengths by special order. Construction : Two plies of red silicone coated fiberglass reinforced with a steel wire helix. Temperature Range : -59°C (-75°F) to 260°C (500°F).
