G880B… NYLON GREASE TUBING

FRACTIONAL TUBING Designed specifically for lubrication and grease applications, G880B fractional tubing features higher working pressures when compared to standard nylon tubing. Nylon has good abrasion resistance, stays flexible at low temperatures, is resistant to most chemicals, and is stabilized against UV rays making it ideal for outdoor use. Sold by the ft, G880B frac tional tubing features a 4:1 safety factor and is in compli ance with UL94 HB. Construction : Smooth, black, polyamide 12 tubing. Durom eter rating Shore D 70. Temperature Range : -50°C (-58°F) to 93°C (200°F). METRIC TUBING Used in central lubrication systems to connect the distribu tion unit with the different lubrication points, G880B metric tubing is heat and UV resistant and has excellent resistance to grease, oil, as well as a wide range of fuels and chemicals. With higher working pressures compared to standard nylon tubing, this semi-rigid nylon grease tubing features a 3:1 safety factor and is in compliance with DIN 73378. G880B metric tubing is sold in 25 m coils and is available both unfilled and prefilled with NLGI EP #2 grease. Construction : Smooth, black, semi-rigid, polyamide 12 HL tubing. GREASE FILLED TUBING For those customers that require it, G880B grease filled tub ing is available in 25 m lengths, prefilled with NLGI EP #2 grease. This natural coloured, lithium based, multipurpose grease features increased oxidation stability and corrosion protection and provides protection against frictional corro sion and abrasion. It is commonly used for greasing ap plications that include roller bearings, high and temporary compressive loads and vibrations, and high temperatures. It is excellent for use in all kinds of central lubrication systems.
