G304… HEAVY DUTY HEATER

Tube : Black EPDM rubber designed to withstand hot water and low pressure steam. Reinforcement : Plies of high tensile strength yarn. Cover : Black, heat and weather resistant EPDM rubber with wrapped finish. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 165°C (329°F). Working Pressure : 150 psi for water up to 100°C. 90 psi for saturated steam up to 165°C. Part Working Pressure Weight Standard Our Heavy Duty Heater hose is designed for coolant circulation on large engines on trucks, buses, diesel generators, and other industrial applications where a heavy-walled, robust hose is preferred. EPDM rubber provides excellent resistance to heat aging, antifreeze solutions, ozone, and weathering. G304 can also be used for light duty saturated steam service where pres sures do not exceed 90 psi.

G333… TRIPLE-THREE HEATER

Our Triple-Three Heater hose meets SAE J20R3 D1 and D2 speci fications and is designed to provide extended service life. The EPDM construction provides excellent resistant to abrasion and weather as well as to the high heat and ozone found under the hoods of today’s automobiles while the blue stripe allows the hose to be easily identified while in use. Tube : Smooth, black, heat and mild-chemical resistant EPDM rubber. Reinforcement : High tensile synthetic yarn. Cover : Black with a blue stripe, smooth, abrasion, heat, ozone, and weather resistant EPDM rubber. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 125°C (257°F).
