Vineyard Crushproof hose is designed for suction and discharge in applications where the hose is on the floor and might get run over. Where conventional wire reinforced hoses remain crushed, the nylon helix in G1040 springs back into shape. Vineyard hose has a light grey cover to resist marking, and a heat resistant tube to allow short period, open-end steam sterilization. Tube : Smooth, white, non-toxic, phthalate free, odorless butyl rubber. Reinforcement : Semi-rigid nylon helix embedded between layers of synthetic textile cords. Cover : Grey, ozone and weather resistant EPDM rubber with wrapped finish. Temperature Range : -35°C (-31°F) to 100°C (212°F). Open end steam sterilization is permissible for cleaning purposes. G1040C... CORRUGATED CELLAR CRUSHPROOF

Tube : Smooth, white, phthalate free, taste free, food quality butyl rubber. Reinforcement : Semi-rigid polyester helix embedded between layers of synthetic textile cords. Cover : Red, corrugated, wrapped finish, ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber designed to adhere to inner tube and translucid, low friction, thermoplastic cover. Similar in construction to our Barkeep's hose, G1040C Cellar hose features a crushproof helix allowing the hose to spring back into shape if run over or crushed. Additionally, the low friction thermoplastic cover allows the hose to slide easily without resistance while the corrugated construction offers greater flexibility when compared to other hoses on the market. Like G1041C, Cellar hose also meets the stringent European standards EC 1935/04 and EC 2023/06 and is certified to FDA title 21 for aqueous foods and D.M. 21/03/73 for aqueous foods and alcohol up to 96%.
