PUSH-TO-CONNECT TUBE FITTINGS

Pressure Rating*: 265 psi at 20°C (68°F). Pressure ratings of tub ing may be less. The lower of the two will determine the pressure rating of the system. Temperature Range: -20°C (-4°F) to 70°C (158°F).

Construction*: Nickel-plated brass construction with Nitrile O rings. Teflon® thread sealant is pre-applied on all male NPT pipe threads for fast installation. *Note : Push-to-Connect Tube Fittings complete with a 1 ⁄ 16 " NPT con nection size or 3 ⁄ 16 " tube size feature a thermoplastic construction and are only rated to 145 psi.

Recommended for use with: polyethylene, nylon and polyurethane (Shore A 98) tubing. Not recommended for use with: These fittings are not approved for use with G1212 Air Brake tubing. For truck and trailer applications, please see the Truck Air Brake Push-to-Connect section of this catalog.

UNI thread allows connections to NPT, BSPP, or BSPT for greater operational flexibility and reduced inventory cost.

1 Cut the tube square and remove any burrs or sharp edges that may damage the internal O-ring on the fitting

2 Insert the tube until it bottoms bottoms, then pull the fitting back to ensure it is secure

To release, press the release ring while pulling the tube out from the fitting
