Spray tips are designated by the spray angle (a narrower angle pro duces more force over a small area which is great for tough jobs but may gouge or strip softer surfaces) and by orifice size. The orifice size designates the gallons per minute flow at 4000 psi. Spray tips are available color coded by spray angle with quick disconnect ends or with 1 ⁄ 4 " male NPT ends. Other sizes are available on request.

Using a larger orifice than recommended will cause loss of cleaning pressure. Using a smaller orifice will mean less flow of water at the maximum pump pressure. To choose the correct nozzle, find the pump pressure of your machine in the top row of the chart below. In that column, choose the row that shows the flow of your pressure washer. In the left column you will find the appropri ate nozzle orifice size.
