HOT WATER WASHDOWN

Used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical plants across Canada, these washdown nozzles feature rear mounted levers which help to reduce hand fatigue while also allowing for variable spray patterns ranging from fan spray to solid stream. These plant washdown noz zles come in two sizes. The standard nozzles weigh 3 lb, feature brass construction, and are available with white or blue durable rub ber covers. The aluminum nozzle is made from anodized aluminum and weighs 1.7 lb. Some users prefer the Junior model, which weighs just 1.25 lb, features a bronze construction and specially formulated rubber cover for durability, and has up to 96% of the flow rate as our standard nozzles with less than half the weight. All nozzles are rated for a maximum of 150 psi water up to 93°C and are NOT for use with steam.

These hose fittings are designed to be used exlusively with our Pi ranha® Sewer Cleaner hose to provide rugged and reliable service under even the most severe and demanding conditions found in high pressure sewer cleaning. Our Mini Hot Water Washdown Nozzles come complete with a lightweight and compact design without sacrificing their heavy duty performance. Featuring the same pressure ratings and flow rates as our standard washdown nozzles, these mini nozzles weigh under 1 lb each, feature Type 304 Stainless Steel construction, and are fully insulated.
