For 2½" municipal fire hoses, the threads vary by province and state and sometimes even by city. Our basic part numbers are G80 for a coupling set, G80M for males, and G80F for females. To specify brass, please use either G80B, G80BM, or G80BF. Both male and female couplings have rocker lugs for easy tightening. Our standard 2½" couplings come complete with BAT British Columbia Standard and Alberta Mutual Aid Thread combined.
