The carbon steel zinc-nickel plated construction ensures superior corrosion resistance. C1000 Series couplings allow for bidirectional flow and come standard with buna-N (Nitrile) seals. Our C5000 Series couplings are designed for high pressure pulse applications and are commonly found on hammer circuits, rock crushers, and test rigs. Featuring a zinc-plated carbon steel body with Viton seals, the thread-to-connect design eliminates brinelling and keeps all internal parts held rigid, significantly reducing fatigue on the poppet, spring, and body. These couplings can be connected and disconnected under pressure, allow for bidirectional flow, and are supplied with caps and plugs to protect threads and eliminate contamination.
