HOSE BUMPERS

NPT BUTTON STYLE BLEEDER VALVES

Available in two styles, these hose bumpers help to protect your end fittings by keeping them off the ground. G53DT Hose Donuts are adjust able allowing them to fit a wide range of outside hose diameters and keep the entire assembly off the ground when installed along the length of the hose. They are made of impact and crack resistant FDA grade polyurethane, are supplied with stainless steel hardware, and feature a built-in carrying handle. G53BUMP End Bumpers are made of silicone rubber and are easily slipped over the end of your hose assembly for quick and easy protection.

HB Hose Supports are polyurethane saddles designed to suspend hoses. Their special design accommodates the bend radius of the hose and protects it from kinking which reduces premature hose failures and prolongs the service life of the hose. Hose Supports require no special tools for installation, and feature a non-conductive, static-free con struction resistant to most fuels, chemicals, and petrochemicals. HB Hose Supports are commonly used to bundle industrial or hydraulic hose in fueling stations, mines, and pumping operations in sizes up to 4”. Larger sizes are commonly used for offshore dock hose, material handling hose, and fish suction hose to name a few.

Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 130°C (266°F).
