HEAVY DUTY BOLT CLAMPS

Where most T‑Bolt clamps feature a plated steel fastener, ours is all stainless. This makes the KODIAK® ideal for many marine clamping applications, especially where gear clamps do not provide adequate holding or tightening strength. In addition, KODIAK® clamps fulfill a wide range of industrial applications such as engine coolant, water suction & discharge, and hydraulic suction. G89 clamps feature a 3 ⁄ 4 " wide by 0.025" thick Type 301 Stainless Steel band. The Type 302 Stainless bolt is fasted by a Type 304 nylon inserted locknut. The locknut is rated to 120°C (248°F) and may be tight ened to 50 inch lbs.

G39 Spring Loaded T-Bolt clamps are designed specifically for use with silicone coolant and turbo‑charger hoses. Silicone is excellent for very high temperature service, however, it tends to soften and extrude easily when hot. Conventional clamps will seal adequately when cold, but may allow leakage or hose blow‑off when hot. G39 clamps feature a spring that maintains a constant tension regard less of temperature. These clamps feature a stainless band and plated steel fastener and spring.
