SPECIALTY GEAR CLAMPS

G7ET Extended Tang Gear Clamps are designed to be used on silicone hose and feature a continuous smooth shield underneath the serrated portion of the gear clamp to prevent soft silicone from extruding out at high temperatures. The use of regular gear clamps on silicone hose may result in leaks and possible hose end blow-offs.

G5 Series Gear Clamps are manufactured entirely out of Type 316 Stainless Steel for extra corrosion resistance. Designed for use in marine applications where Type 201 and 301 Stainless steel are un able to stand up to corrosion, G5 clamps are ideal for shipbuilding, marine engine repair, water treatment plant, and chemical plant applications. G5M Micro Gear Clamps feature a 1 ⁄ 4 " wide band, while G5 Gear Clamps have a 1 ⁄ 2 " wide band.

Featuring a stainless steel band and housing with a zinc-plated, steel screw, our G7A Gear Clamps combine a stamped band thread, beveled band edge, and a smooth underside to protect any hose from damage. G7A clamps have a 9mm wide band and are ideal for general industrial applications.

Quick release clamps employ a hinged housing on the clamp screw to allow instant release and fast installation. They are useful in ap plications where the clamp is often disconnected, such as in filter bag systems. G8L clamps are all stainless and have a very wide range of adjustment.
