PRESSURE WASH QUICK COUPLINGS & ADAPTERS

STRAIGHT-THROUGH PRESSURE WASH COUPLINGS Our manual connect and disconnect couplings are commonly used in fluid transfer applications where unrestricted flow and high operating pressures are desired. Couplers are machined from solid brass or 303 stainless steel bar stock and come standard with buna-N (Nitrile) seals which are rated for use up to 130°C (266°F). Replacement FPM (Viton®) O-rings are available and are rated for use up to 200°C (392°F). Stainless steel balls, retaining rings, and springs provide maximum service live. Plugs are machined from solid brass, steel, or 303 stainless steel bar stock. Steel plugs are hardened and zinc plated for maximum service life. Temperature Range : -20°C (-4°F) to 125°C (257°F).

C400 SERIES STRAIGHT-THROUGH COUPLINGS In sewer cleaning, industrial vacuum, and hydro excavation applica tions, customers may choose to use these specialty couplings. The plated steel construction of our non-valved C400 Series Hydraulic couplings is perfect for the rigours of hydro excavation service while also allowing for extra flow and high operating pressures. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 120°C (248°F).

WATER BLAST COUPLINGS Normally designed for use with our Water Blast Hose Assemblies, these zinc-plated steel couplings feature stainless steel retaining rings and springs to maximize corrosion resistance and extend ser vice life. Manufactured using high strength steel bar stock and with standard buna-N (Nitrile) seals that allow for temperature ratings up to 121°C (250°F), these couplings have become popular in the hydro excavation and industrial vacuum industry. Temperature Range : -40°C (-40°F) to 121°C (250°F).

HOTSY STYLE PRESSURE WASH COUPLINGS Not to be confused with our Karcher or Simoniz style pressure wash adapters, these couplings are designed specifically to fit Hotsy style twist couplings and feature a unique nose protruding from the female thread, while the inner tube of the male houses the O-ring to allow for a positive seal. Hotsy style couplings are rated to 4000 psi at a maximum temperature of 149°C (300°F) and feature a flow rate of 7.8 GPM.
