■■ Aluminum body construction, acetal domes and knobs, high strength polycarbonate bowls, and standard Nitrile (Buna-N) seals. ■■ Particulate filters have 5 micron elements with internal automatic drain. ■■ Regulators can be adjusted up to 100 psi and feature 1 ⁄ 8 ” gauge ports on both the front and rear. ■■ Combined particulate filter and regulators come with a manual drain and 1 ⁄ 8 ” gauge ports on both the front and rear. ■■ Lubricators feature a wick-feed design and allow for internal tamper proof adjustment. Temperature Range : 4°C (40°F) to 52°C (125°F).

IN-LINE LUBRICATORS… These lubricators are designed to provide an oil mist to lubricate reciprocating tools. Oil flow is regulated by screw adjustment, and a transparent viewing port allows oil level checks. Please install within 25 ft of tool and refer to arrow for air flow direction. Recommended for reciprocating tools only, and not recommended for constant flow applications. Use any non-detergent, petroleum based light oil such as SAE 10/150SSU. Do not use synthetic oils or oils containing additives or solvents. 1 - SHUT OFF VALVE… Manual shut off relieves down stream pressure al lowing for service or maintenance. 2 - FILTER … Particulate filters feature 5 micron elements and are used to remove water, dust, and debris from an air line. Available as an individual unit (shown) or combined with a regulator. Filters require 15 psi minimum working pressure for operation. 3 - PRODUCT CONNECTION… Individual components allow for modular inline mounting and feature female pipe (NPT) threads allowing connection using pipe nipples. 4 - GAUGE PORT… Connect gauges with specific pressure ranges using optional gauge ports. 5 - TEE... Used to branch off the primary manifold. Commonly used where additional regulators are required or to divide lubricated and unlubricated air lines. 6 - LUBRICATOR … Used to provide consistent, reliable lubrication to the system where it is required. Lubricators require 6 SCFM (Standard Cubic Feet per Minute) flow rate for operation. 7 - BOWLS… These 2 oz capacity bowls are made from high strength poly carbonate plastic. 8 - REGULATOR… Reduces air supply pressure to a required working pres sure. Pressure gauges are not included and must be added separately using the 1 ⁄ 8 " gauge ports on either the front or the rear of the unit. 9 - DRAINS… Particulate filters come standard with internal automatic drains (shown). Combined particulate filter and regulators come standard with manual drains.
