With a working pressure up to 200 psi, these valves come complete with a 1" clamp style connection as well as hose barbs on the outlet should you choose to attach a hose length. THERMOWELLS

SIGHT GLASSES

Thermowells are recommended for use in food processing to both protect the thermometer from damage as well as enable removal of the thermometer for replacement or repair without affecting processing. We carry thermowells designed to accept either 2 1 ⁄ 2 " or 4" stem thermometers. They are manufactured from Type 316 Stainless Steel and feature 3 ⁄ 4 " Male Pipe (NPT) process connections for easy attachment to our Compact Female Pipe Clamp Adapters. Instrument connections are 1 ⁄ 2 " Female Pipe (NPT).

Sight Glasses allow you to visually inspect your process lines and are used for tracking consistency, colour, and flow. Our Sight Glasses are made from Type 316 Stainless Steel, come complete with polycarbonate glass and white Nitrile (Buna-N) gaskets, and are available in both 1 1 ⁄ 2 " and 2" tri-clamp sizes. They can easily be taken apart for sanitation, while replacement parts are available should you require them. Working Pressure : 145 psi Temperature Range : -10°C (14°F) to 120°C (248°F).

TEMPERATURE GAUGES

Our Bi-Metal Thermometers are manufactured in accordance with ASME B.40.3 standards for maximum accuracy and quick response. Made from Type 304 Stainless Steel, these back mounted thermometers feature food grade, shatter-proof glass windows and are available with either 2 1 ⁄ 2 " or 4" long stems. Choose from temperature ranges of -20°C to 120°C or from 10°C to 260°C. To prevent damage to the thermometer and facilitate easy removal from processing, the use of a thermowell is recommended.
