We stock a variety of stainless steel pipe couplings including bushings, tees, crosses, unions, caps, and plugs. These 150# Schedule 40 pipe fittings comply with ASTM A351 casting specifications and are threaded in compliance with ASME B1.20.1. G1616SS standard stainless steel pipe nipples are made from Type 316 Stainless Steel according to ASTM A312 and meet ASME B1.20.1 specifications.

For higher temperatures, we prefer a silicone gasket. Teflon gaskets are also available but do not seal as well and should not be used with bolt clamps. Gaskets are not required for G54 series fittings but can be used to aid sealing. Other materials are available upon request. SANITARY GASKETS
